A tiered loyalty program where shoppers accrue 10% dollar value of their current purchase towards the cost of their next purchase.  Within six months from launch, the active TOPS member base grew to +300,000, accounting for 40% of Retail revenue.

Naming, branding, roll-out and program design were all developed in-house.
