Initiated and drove full lifecycle marketing across all digital channels and consumer touch points; lead generation, acquisition, repeat and loyalty, influencers, celebrity styling, PR, SEO, SEM, Search and Social. Developed a new content strategy and brand voice that attracted a relevant younger customer following.

Recruited and managed a full service in-house creative team responsible for all Creative content, Digital media, Email marketing, Ecommerce, Photography, Social Media, Copywriting and Retail events.

Surpassing fashion retail industry growth averages in 2018 and spearheading the brand evolution to regain resonance with future customers. Total company growth in 2018 was +52% vs LY and e-commerce +43% vs LY with 15% less budget versus prior year.
